Arrange a sleep schedule
Go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends or holiday and days off. Being consistent to reinforce your body’s sleep-wake cycle, it can help to promote a better sleep at night. Avoid nicotine, caffeine or alcohols deserve caution too. The stimulating effects will make you awake, which can disrupt sleep later in the night.

Do the same things each night to tell your body it’s time to relax, you can try to take a warm bath or shower, reading a book or listening to some soothing music with the light dimmed. Relaxing activities can offer a better sleep by easing the transition between wakefulness and drowsiness.

Create a room that’s ideal for sleeping, choose a mattress and pillow that is adapt to your body, it can improve your sleep quality. The concept of the bedroom, consider using room-darkening shades, fan and earplugs or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs.

A good quality of sleep in the most important thing in your life, without a better sleep will cause less focus on your mind, and even get sick easily. So, try the tips above to get a better and comfortable sleep.
